Fred Brynn is an independent lawyer that is a part of an experienced independent network with the Firm. A client’s matter may be referred to Mr. Brynn or another attorney within our network under a fee-sharing arrangement with the permission of the client when a jurisdiction change is necessary in order for the client’s matter to have a better chance of success. Mr. Brynn and other independent lawyers utilized by the Firm in these instances are not employees nor in-house counsel. Any cases referred out by this Firm, would then be in the new lawyer’s custody, responsibility and control over the client’s matter.
