Arya is a founding member of the Firm with extensive experience helping people who have been seriously injured. For more than 25 years, he has represented clients in diverse and complex matters ranging from accidents and personal injury to medical malpractice cases. Arya also counsels and litigates on behalf of his clients on a wide range of employment matters involving sexual harassment and criminal defense matters. Prior to founding the Firm, Arya practiced criminal law in the District of Columbia handling felony, misdemeanor and juvenile cases.
